Extended Stay

We are proud to announce the opening of Sullivan
by the Grange at our brand new location at 41
Sullivan Street, 4 blocks south of Baldwin Village Inn,
catering to extended stay guests. We are ready
to accept reservations now for accommodations
starting in mid April 2010.

Sullivan by the Grange is situated on a quiet street
lined with mature trees in the midst of Victorian
Homes. The street is immediately adjacent Grange
Park and the Art Gallery of Ontario and is a short
walk to shopping at Queen West, one of Toronto’s
“hip” zones with trendy cafes and unique fashion
designers and retailers.

Sullivan by the Grange is within an easy 10 minute
walk to the University of Toronto, Fields Institute,
Mt. Sinai, Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto General,
Toronto Western and Princess Margaret Hospitals.

Built in the late 1800 to early 1900 in the rare
Dutch style, the house interiors were extensively
renovated into 3 floors of over 2000 square feet of
space in the modern contemporary style, featuring
high ceilings, maple wood floors, natural slate tiles,
and oversized windows allowing for plenty of
natural light throughout.

We offer 2 guest rooms on the second floor and 1 guest room on the third floor. All the rooms have an ensuite modern washroom and feature a queen sized bed, writing desk, and ample storage space.

Other amenities of Sullivan by the Grange include:

• First floor common living room, dining room and kitchen. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and other small appliances. All kitchen utensils and cookware are also provided.
• Library/sitting room on the third floor, with walk out to a balcony overlooking the CN Tower and the south city view.
• Laundry facilities at the premises.
• Free wireless internet.
• Cable TV.
• Telephone (local) and voicemail.
• Weekly cleaning including change of beddings.

Reservations and rates:

• Monthly rates – 2nd floor rooms @$2,000; 3rd floor room @$2,200. Additional charges apply for second person. Prices subject to change.
• Credit card information required at time of reservation.
• First month’s full payment at time of check-in.
• Check in from 2:00 pm. Check out no later than 12:00 noon.
• All guests to register at time of arrival.
• An adult must accompany guests under 18 years of age.
• No smoking. No pets.
